I'll join this exhibition at Paris by chance from this 26-28 October.
This exhibition organized by Yoko Iwasaki who is research about the Olfactory Art and Science Research professor of Kyoto Saga University of Arts.
And this exhibition results from the workshop at Beaux-Arts de Paris (students of Atelier-Tadashi Kawamata), organized by Yoko IWASAKI and supervised by the artist Boris RAUX. Students worked 3 days so as to create ornemental olfactory objects and performances. ey tried to call by the use of the olfactory power, the spirits who lie dormant within our childhood memory.

In addition, now I live in Maison du Japan where is exactly the place of this exhibition, so of course, I just join it naturally.
I used to make my works using by the sense of sight, but this time I should thinking about the sense of smell. For me, it is quite hard to do that, but why not, I just try it. In fact it is very interesting that because I found several ideas from smell, besides I have not much differences between sight and smell to make my work and concept.
Yes, it is truly far from Tokyo also center of Paris, I just mention it for you that I am fine in Paris. Watashi ha genki desu.

京都嵯峨美大で香りについての研究をされている（詳しい研究内容は展示期間と同時に研究発表があります）岩﨑陽子先生の元、そのゼミ生とパリボザールの川俣正先生のアトリエメンバーが以前から交流を持ちながら共同制作を進めているもので、今回はパリ大学都市にある日本館にて展示をすることになっていました。
その場所は正に私が今住んでいるところであり、この10月から交換留学生として川俣アトリエに所属している私は、この関わりに入れてもらうことになったのでした。やっぴー

普段は視覚に頼った制作をしている私にとって、嗅覚を使用することを考えるのは難しいですが、新しい発見があったりして、また、実はそんなに変わらないなとも思ったりして、面白いです。
東京の方には特に遠いので、お知らせでした。元気です。
